It’s easier than you think.
See everything in life as energy:
- Food you eat
- Places you go to
- Music you listen to
- Media you consume
- Things you talk about
- Environments you stay in
- People you hang out with
Classify everything you indulge in as ‘high’ energy or ‘low’ energy.
Then stop indulging in things that are ‘low’ energy or energy draining.
You’ll realize how many energy-draining things you consciously/unconsciously allow in your life.
Also, how much better you feel when you exclude these from your day-to-day.
