  • No screens before 11 AM and after 11 PM
  • Zero distractions before I tick everything off my To-Do list
  • Allowing 1 hour of ‘do nothing’ time every day
  • Limit phone usage to less than 45 minutes/day
  • Meditate for 1 hour every single day

Classify everything you indulge in as ‘high’ energy or ‘low’ energy.

Then stop indulging in things that are ‘low’ energy or energy draining.

You’ll realize how many energy-draining things you consciously/unconsciously allow in your life.

Also, how much better you feel when you exclude these from your day-to-day.
